Behind MSE

Created with intention. Shared with simplicity.

Meet the creator

Hello, I’m Maja (pronounced Maya) Milanković.
I’m writing to you from a quiet corner of Croatia, where the MSE Method slowly found its shape.

I created the MSE Method from a simple belief:

The most profound changes often begin with the smallest moments of awareness.

For years, I explored different approaches to understanding the connection between the mind, body, and inner experience. Through my work with people, one thing became increasingly clear, healing does not always require doing more. Sometimes it begins by slowing down enough to truly notice what is already there.

The idea behind MSE stayed with me for years before it became the method you see today. A small clay tablet, gentle touch, focused attention, and guided meditation gradually came together into a simple practice designed to help people reconnect with themselves.

Today, MSE brings together those years of exploration into one accessible experience.

Through guided awareness, intentional focus, and somatic interaction, it supports the restoration of coherence between mind, body, and energy systems.

It is a structured yet accessible approach, created so that anyone can learn to work consciously with their internal state and cultivate sustainable balance.

My Background

My professional journey includes many years of working with people through personal development and therapeutic approaches.

My education includes certifications in:

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
Certified Hypnotist
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT)

Alongside these studies, I continued exploring mindfulness, somatic awareness, focused attention, and the relationship between touch, perception, and inner balance.

Rather than combining techniques, MSE became a new approach inspired by years of learning, observation, and personal practice.

Why Clay?

People often ask why the tablet is made from clay.

The answer is surprisingly simple.

Clay is natural, universally accessible, timeless, and familiar to our hands. It doesn’t distract us with technology. Instead, it gently brings attention back to the present moment.

In MSE, the tablet is not the source of change.

You are.

The tablet simply gives your attention a place to rest.

My Hope

I don’t believe well-being needs to be complicated.

If this practice helps you feel a little calmer, a little more present, and a little more connected with yourself, then it has already fulfilled its purpose.

Thank you for being here.

I hope MSE becomes a quiet companion on your own journey.
